The Comprehensive school of Moretta, a large institute located in a mainly agricultural environment, considers it essential to offer its teachers a training to wide their cultural horizons. The project Training and improvement (a bridge to Europe) has got as its main objective the improvement of the linguistic, methodological, disciplinary, technological, relational competences of the teachers involved and of the teachers who will be taught by the first ones on the best practices learned, in order to improve the efficacy, the efficiency and the quality of their teaching and to bring the Institute closer to European educational standards.
